I specialize in empowering founders and business leaders to get the right focus and clarity in re designing the best macro plan for their business. This includes driving leadership styles that are democratized and are people centered. I want leaders to accept that digital transformation starts and ends with human capital.
With a strong foundation in leadership training across the private, public, and educational sectors, I act as a fractional leader working with founders to reduce costs and improve delivery of their services for growth using AI and Digital.
My mission is to enable leaders and their teams to navigate operational digital complexity with confidence, leveraging digitalization to empower each team member.

My life
I was born and raised in Lisbon Portugal before moving to the UK in 1998. My why is tied to my family and the community I am a part of. With 3 teenagers I instil in them the belief that anyone can succeed with the right focus, guidance and support. I love the outdoors especially water sports. I'm a qualified PADI diver, sailor, paddling aficionado and have always lived by the sea.

I believe in life long learning, continuous professional training and in networking within a community of like minded people. I'm currently expanding my knowledge as a student of the EITCA AI academy to attain a certification AI and Cloud technologies. My qualifications include, MA. Ed. and Leadership, PgCEi in Education, Leadership Certified Coach, L2 Counsellor, ATCL Voice, BA in Event Planning, Social Media Management CPD

Starting with children and across young adults I then transitioned into professional corporate training in 2002 within my role in business development for large organizations such as Macmillan Publishers, United Business Media and OUP. Over the years my passion for self development and continuous learning have led me to focus on Leadership Skills.
