By using the coaching, mentoring, or consultancy services provided by Fadas Digitais Consulting Ltd (“We”, “Our”, “Us”, or “Services”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
We offer:
Coaching and mentoring programs for sales optimisation, digital marketing, and commercial strategy. Consultancy services for customer acquisition and retention, brand positioning, and process automation.
Digital tools to align marketing strategies.
Results depend on the Client’s commitment and implementation.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
(a) Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
(b) Implement the strategies discussed;
(c) Fulfil payment obligations on time;
(d) Respect intellectual property rights.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are made in advance via a secure platform.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if requested within 14 days of purchase, except for customised or already commenced services.
5. Intellectual Property
Materials provided(templates, strategies, courses) are our property.
Client Licence: The Client receives a non-exclusive, internal-use licence. Reproduction or resale is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information exchanged during the Services. This obligation continues after the end of the contract.
7. Data Protection
We collect and process data in accordance with our
Privacy Notice.
Data use: Data is used solely for service provision and related communication.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Guarantees:
Services are provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:
Specific commercial results;
Compatibility with all business models;
Correction of errors not diagnosed by us.
8.2 Financial Limitation:
If liability is proven, our maximum compensation is the amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months.
8.3 Exclusions:
We are not responsible for:
Indirect losses (loss of profits, reputational damage);
Failures resulting from:
Poor implementation by the Client;
External factors (market changes, legal changes);
Force majeure (pandemics, natural disasters).
9. Termination
We may terminate the contract if the Client breaches these Terms. The Client may cancel on going services as per the cancellation policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
